Bohannon Hotel Fiscal Impact & Feasibility Analysis
Brion Economics assisted in analyzing the fiscal impact of a proposed 700,000 sq. ft. office project with a 230-room Marriott and a Renaissance Club Sport hotel with gym, spa, and daycare center. Teaming with Economic & Planning Systems, we prepared a financial feasibility study for the project.
We tested whether the hotel alone was financially feasible, how much office space was needed to support the hotel, and overall project feasibility and rate of return. This data was used to negotiate the terms of the development agreement and annual payments to offset perceived impacts. Brion Economics worked with a multidisciplinary team to support ongoing project entitlements under the direction and management of Tim Tosta.
